GOLF COURSE ROAD, GURGAON is a thoroughfare where people are always “On the Go” They are moving from one place to another and prefer different means to reach their destinations, most of them travel by car whereas some people by public transport and very less prefer to walk. The Pedestrian who prefers to walk faces a huge problem. The problem is of CROSSING, which is a major issue faced on the Golf course road stretch where people have to walk 20-25 minutes to cross from one side to another, and rather than that they jump over fences and due to which a lot of casualties and major accidents are increasing.

For this problem, we hereby offer our project PED POD, here we are offering a solution to the problem by not only helping Pedestrians to cross roads but also providing various other Mobility services. Our PEDPOD would be segregated into Building A and Building B, which are placed across to each other.

The modes of Pod services provided are;

SKY POD- Urban level, Connected via Rails with stations on alternate sides of the Golf course Road

Would travel on full Golf course road starting from Ambience Island and coming back via MF HUSAIN MARG (HUDA METRO). Sky pod would provide service to Pedestrians as well as direct entry to Offices( at the Rails level) and major hubs located on Golf Course Road.

GROUND POD – Residential areas, Driverless pods flying above ground level at 300 mm height

Station for Ground Pod located at 600-700 m distance

INDO POD – Inside the building, Connecting both the buildings

Providing tour inside Building B (Institutional) for revenue generation and showcasing the process of how Pods are developed and manufactured.
